Lucas Oil Monograde Racing Motor Oils are true high-performance lubricants providing maximum protection for engines operating in the most extreme conditions. They are track tested and proven to extend bearing life in high RPM/high horsepower drag race engines, and easily stand up to the demands of stock car engines.

Lucas Monograde Racing Motor Oils are specially formulated to deliver maximum wear protection for high-horsepower engines used in racing applications. Fortified with a high level of traditional zinc/phosphorus anti-wear additives and unique organomoly EP additives, our unique racing oil contains a specialty blend of friction reducers which help prevent scuffing and reduce parasitic power losses due to engine friction. Lucas Oil Monograde Racing Motor Oils are formulated with highly potent anti-foam agents to prevent oil cavitation and foam over at high engine speeds. Our unique polymer technology boosts film strength at high RPMs and loads to ensure maximum lubrication from the starting line to the finish line. Our monograde racing oils are specially designed to resist breakdown from contamination by racing fuels, even alcohol formulations, and helps maintain film strength even with high fuel dilution.
Although listed with a monograde viscosity, Lucas Oil racing oils are polymer modified to maintain lubricant film thickness and strength at high operating temperatures. Our proprietary detergent and dispersant chemistry are carefully balanced to ensure wear protection is delivered to the engine, without sacrificing engine cleanliness and resistance to corrosion, sludge, and varnish formation.
